Why do the videos end in August of 2025?
After much consideration, and reviewing our video catalog, Mark and Crissi decided that it was a comprehensive library of how we work with horses, and ourselves. Though we may post new videos from time to time, 350 plus videos is a great collection of our knowledge, at a price we are committed to not raising.
As a thank you to all of our Classroom/Library members, we will include you in a monthly Live Q and A with Mark and Crissi that is also offered to our paid SubStack subscribers.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! Once you sign up, you can cancel your subscription if and when you need to. We realize that life happens, and there are times when watching videos and participating in online learning aren't possible. We hope, however, to see you again soon!
Can I get a refund if I don't watch the videos?
Unfortunately, no. We don't issue refunds. We feel the course is reasonably priced, and all the videos are available for viewing at any time, so you won't miss anything.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling is as easy as a request to us in an email. Please use the "Help" button at the top of the page. We will do our best to respond within three business days.
